No one actually received texts or emails. Coaches were not told who is getting RIFd. It was someone being very cruel!
To all of those that are bragging about receiving texts and e-mails about being safe ..........as RN’s and SS you should be the epitome of compassion and empathy but this talking about receiving notices about being safe is as self centered as it gets ..........Karma always comes back to bite you these cuts are not done by a long shot all you bought was another 3 months remember when you are cut how you acted when you were safe

Crossing that line for a coach is dumb yes, I would need my job too much to do that, but for someone to say that there is no way a coach would do that is a person living in their own little bubble. People cross lines in life, at work, in relationships, etc., they just do. Someone said that their coach gave them advanced notice and they were immediately called a troll. Sorry, sometimes things true whether we want them to be or not.
No, that is dumb. If a coach is found to be doing that they will be immediately terminated. No severance, nothing. To risk that IS dumb.
Coach here. No meeting other than routine ones No emails. And no we have not been told any fates of anyone.
PHC here, professional or not, I absolutely did receive confirmation from my coach in the past year that I was safe prior to the official announcement. To the poster that said no coach would be "that dumb", this coach was not dumb. I am not saying it was right, just letting you know that lack of intelligence is not what makes coaches cross that line.
Please, please please let me receive an email tonight. Praying for all the ones that cant afford to be let go and need this position. I hope everyone gets what they want and prayers for successful job hunting to all the PHCs as well.
The meetings between coaches and coms always come right before the emails are sent out. If the coaches and coms are meeting most of the day.. then the news or confidential emails are coming out.. Today is Tuesday.. If they hold true to all other layoffs, It will happen between 4:45pm EST and 5:15pm EST.. just don't jump out of your seat if you receive one.. The ones that have been through this literally almost had heart attacks when the email popped up while they were still trying to put their last note in.. Good Luck and I will tell you, if impacted it will be a relief.. as far as the stress levels.

This site brings out the ugly. As an HCMRN, I wouldn't consider yourself so much better than those who were let go. And I also wouldn't be too thrilled to realize how unprofessional my Coach is to let me know via text while everyone else is waiting impatiently to learn their fate. I cannot believe how many people that think that they are so much better than everyone else. Chiding people for having a negative attitude when their livelihood is at risk? I hope you offer more empathy to your members and affected coworkers.
Obviously a troll posting multiple times pretending coaches were sending out those notifications. No coach would be so dumb to do that. Even if they were let go, they wouldn't risk their severance for that. It's heartless and unprofessional.

If my coach sent me a text telling me I was safe I would immediately report her to HR. Not professional at all, and not at all fair to the people getting laid off waiting to be told. That is the worst thing a coach could do at this point to those who will be let go.

If this is true and not just one person trolling (which is possible), then it's a sh--ty unprofessional thing to do. Any coach who informs people who are "safe" while everyone else is left to wonder deserves to be laid off herself.
Coaches are in a meeting along with every other person in the world. We have been given a list of people staying, some of which are being transferred or training in a different role. I sent out a text to the ones on my team who are staying. Just to get the stress off of those shoulders. I think a couple have done the same. I will not give any more info other than congrats to HCM-RN’s that made it. And I will pray for those that didn’t to find work.

@nqd my email I received was followed with a text, the ones who are receiving the emails are safe. Yes coaches are in meetings but they know already who is staying and going. Obviously you didn’t receive a text or email. Sorry negative Nancy, but it’s apparent why you’re gone

Did your coach confirm you were spared or did email just indicate 'great news?' Great news is pretty subjective in this company...I would wait to hear what it is before celebrating.

Yea, one of my close friends got the email from her coach, I did not... guess my question is answered. Argggg what a waste of 3 years. Back to the drawing board

Whoop whoop!!! I received the same email! I feel like screaming at the top of my lungs. What a 2 month emotional roller coaster it has been.
Just received an email, seems like I as well as about 5-6 more on my team are safe! Not sure if everyone is doing it this way, but my coach said to contact her she has great news!
