There won’t be any ACTs for a while, February is too early.
BK only has 250000 shares and is sitting rich from selling high. He wants to see the stock tank, get his options this year priced low and more RSU once he gets that locked in he’ll pull the trigger on desperate ACT before he gets fired!

As you receive your pink slips you can grab a form for the class action lawsuit.... but probably only if you bought stock in the open market
