At least 3 people that I thought were great performers left the company last week...we all used to sit together. I know that a lot of people are leaving daily or being pushed out..but this is so depressing to see rows and rows of empty cubicles around me. I can’t work from home all the time, so have to come in some days to this depressing scene. I need this f---ing job for financial reasons. I am not able to get one outside..been looking for months. So worried that I would be the one turning off lights here. Leadership doesn’t say anything to motivate people or to tell them that anyone cares..because no one f---ing does!!!!

Don’t give up your job search. You are more valuable than you think at the moment. I don’t know you but I am sure of it.
I’ve been slowly drowning in the same crap, no morale boost, motivation gone... no year end review, no managers feedback, no development, no structure, no strategy, just putting out fires all year. I stopped believing in myself.
But during the holidays I worked on updating my cv. And reading all that stuff I learned before this SHTF, all I made happen reminded me I am not a loser. This depressive atmosphere is killing your confidence. Maybe that’s the only thing keeping you from getting a new job. Why not consult with a career coach and make this year a good one?

Karma +1, if indeed he has f---ed us staff over, i hope he gets it the worst possible way in life and death. Ruined 10.000's of lives. People have died, people have gotten divorced, kids have seen their families shatter whilst this evil son of a b--ch is getting richer and is just laughing in all his videos like saying f--- you and im going to keep f---ing you.
Couldn’t agree more, the morale when you go to a UK office is so depressing, there’s no buzz, there’s no clamour, nothing! I walk into clients office and there’s life, banter. Well done Mr and Mrs Lorry, you’ve destroyed it all! What annoys me even more is that they don’t even apologise or recognise these issues, they send out these emails which make no reference to any of it whatsoever. A sterile Christmas message from him, an email where we should get excited about 3 people get a bonus of pittence once a quarter from her! All the while, execs take out millions in share options! I don’t expect them to feel guilty, their too heartless, greedy. But god I hope karma bites you both! Really hard!
