Im just curious, has schlumberger given any merit or pay increase since 2014?
Also when you get new assigned role, what is the pay increase look like?

8% late 2015
3.5% late 2016
4.25% late 2017
Correction to the date:
I got my 6% raise in Q4 2017. I used to work in Completions at SRC. It was a good year for upper management. All my employees got 2-5%. The raise wasn't really performance based but based on what my boss thought of the respective employees. He is a f---ing d--k, that's why i got tired of his b---s--- and handed in my resignation in December. It was too much for me and i said f--- it. I have been laid off once in 80s and loyalty meant something back then. I am not working so hard to deal with this kind of behavior which creates an environment which lacks trust and cooperation.

I know somone in SRC who got 5%. I myself got 2% for the exact same performance. If you kiss a-- and s--- d--k, you get more.
raise is dependant upon if you play your cards right with head honchos, not on your actual performance , integrity or that bullcrap
s--- up well, 2% is yours. NOW GET BACK TO WORK, SLAVE!
Got 2% in December (merit). First time since Q1 2014.
There is some raise, but it base on perfumance, not performance
;) is Wonderland moron
Two in my team got raised, they got same in year before, I never got myself.
There is raise but selected individuals
Dec 1, SWT. 3% raise and this comes at the heel of Outstanding last year and Exceeding Expectations the 3 years before that. Never got a merit raise (eligible since 2014) before this. Apparently the raises were 2-3-4 for the different ratings in 2016.
Got about 2% moving to a new role in Q3. It was from hourly to salary so it was really a massive pay cut.
Look at executives' compensation raises during the downturn. Amazing!
Q4 2017 at CHPC
Merit has never stopped.
But the target population were reduced for sure.
They give raise really deep
Wonderland moron
Swing, double swing😜
