Why or why do they print the red sale signs to only then hand write the “Winter Blowout”. What a waste of payroll. Pick one or the other

Your right this company doesn't know what the f--- it's doing! BLOW THIS!
Because this company doesn't know what the f--- it is doing...they should just tell the truth and name them "Liquidation Blowout" and get it over with.
I was amused by how many of these blowout signs in my local Sears that lingers on had "Save 0%" written on them. What a blowout and great use of the signs!
