I wonder what is going on with ELT? No communication whatsoever on ECHO project? I think we will start hearing after earning call. A note saying timeline will be very considerate to ease off the stress.

Why send you another note when you clearly don't read your email?
Why are you stressed and worried about ECO? Anyone who is concerned probably already knows they should be gone. If you are adding value to COP, then you will be fine. In fact, if you were an honorable person, you would go ahead and resign since you know you are not delivering any value to the company.
P.S. According to some of the other posters here, you can get a 15% raise by quitting and joining any other company. Go for it!
That's correct, it is now the project "formally known as equal" according to either Ryan or Don in one of their town halls. The gist was that it is being expanded beyond the Energy Center, to global, but they weren't willing to pay Boston Consulting to come up with a new name.

What long-standing internal problems don't we want to address?

ECO or ECHO, who cares. We are always seeking that magic silver bullet that will cure all our ills. We have well-known, long-standing internal problems that we do not want to address.
