I guess oil looking over $60 is enough to distract from the looming reorganization coming at COP?

We’re not distracted. Rather, we’re simply numb and no longer give a care about the job, the company, or even the industry.
We have at least one more quarter before we start hearing the nasty start whining in Bartlesville again. Some will be offered positions here. I just hope they don't bring any of the nasty down here with us.
