Just proved that Indians are generally affordable and above average in terms of workability
Those include renewals and all the extensions for those over 6 years of H1B limit which is what Government is trying to control. H1B was originally a temporary visa not a permanent one.
The quota for H1 B visas for recent years has been 85000. So a figure of 300000 for any particular country does not make sense
