NOV is a sinking ship and it is auto destroying itself by inflicting a mental virus that is spreading throughout all of it’s employees. It used to be a great place to work but now it’s gone from bad to worse if you’re still there I wish you the best and sincerely hope it gets better but I couldn’t take that chance.

I was 20 + years in orange, calif. most of them it was VARCO and a great place. then tubo bought it. then national oil bought it. down hill from there. my opinion. im close to 2 years retired this month from orange. hope things turn around.
Pleased I left from Gateshead apparently it’s worse than ever plastic management leaving the guys on the shop floor to run the place then last week of the month they come out of the woodwork what a situation it won’t last long they will kill it always been badly run always will be watch this space

I enjoy working at NOV. I have never experienced any of the negative crap yall are talking about.
NOV is an unethical company that deserves getting its comeuppance.
