What's happening in the dysfunctional bdc storage team. After layoff of the useless director two months ago still the team is without any direction from Hopkinton and MDC. The team is an outcast no-one wants to touch. The useless director had hired his friends and family who are just whiling away their time. There are more than 80 people working in cyclone migration project for more than one year and they haven't been able to produce intelligible code which works. Super techies are only busy producing PowerPoint fooling cyclone management. The state of the migration project is like monkeys twiddling their fingers on a typewriter expecting a novel to emerge. When will this stupidity end.

How come the two incompetent directors in BDC storage are still around having fun playing video games and watching YouTube all day long. Looks like Dell doesn't have a system in place to recognize and weed out even extremely pathogenic employees.
Cyclone is the flagship product of EMC storage and it wouldn't get canned. EMC management has fooled Dell and JC that it is their only hope to gain their market share lost to Netapp,HPE, pure.. EMC management will ensure that they survive till cyclone release and the subsequent disaster ensuing that. Cyclone will be the last nail on Dell EMC storage coffin.

BDC storage team may be bleeding but in rupees. Turning Hops and MDC head to that direction cost more than 5 years worth of bleeding. Makes perfect business sense to ignore. Follow the money.

I am disgusted about all these engineers in the migration project constantly complaining against the supertechies. Look they operate at 6k feet and you guys don't have understanding of things they work on. You folks want them to even write code for you. grow up and take responsibility. You are not babies in diapers to be fed through feeding bottle. Set proper expectations about the supertechies get their guidance but don't expect that they will do your work.
