Nothing to report here; too many women are going to be crying wolf and ruining it for those that really were harassed or abused by someone in a powerful position.
Gross! Not something I would have done or have the audacity to brag
about. I'm sure she touted herself as a shining example of how to be a woman in this
industry. Very poor example to set, not to mention disgusting to brag about to others.
I've had a coworker grab my behind while out of town for a conference.
Sitting in his lap. Oh my. What a thing to brag about! smh.
Concerns about harassment are swept under the rug to avoid paperwork
There was a former Alaska exploration manager who publically bragged she sat on Ryan's lap.
Easier method for cleaning house with minimal cost to the company: this person was harrassing others. On the other hand, if you’re ready to go and want a (larger) package just claim several of the supervisors are harrassing you. Fill in the blank as to the type of harrassment: s-xual, gender, race, orientation, national origin, religion. Heck, just claim they looked at you strangely and you told them to stop!
