I was laid off the third round of cuts, it turned out to be a blessing. I’ve landed a job more than doubling my monthly income with Denbury. I have a lot of friends that are still with Denbury and I wish them all the best!

I left after the 2nd round of layoffs, and my salary has increased by over 30%. As much as I loved working at Denbury, leaving was the best thing for me to further my career. Best of luck to those still there.
It would be our style to lay someone two people off and then rehire one of them at twice the salary.

Good for you! Sometimes "bad" things can be a blessing. Your decision made for you but turned out well. Some laid off and still not working. Different for everyone.
People shouldn't make decisions based on fear. See some people leave for jobs that in my opinion not as secure and pay same as Denbury. If unhappy here, I see why but leaves me scratching head in most cases.
