I'm a WFR'd former HPES employee who is eligible for an IRS program that will subsidize my COBRA payments, which is great. All I need to do is get someone to fill out an IRS form that I faxed to ES Benefits on 10/18. Since then, it's been forwarded from one team to another; now it's with Payroll. Well, I can't call Payroll to get a status and they don't respond to my emails. Meanwhile I'm paying big bucks for the COBRA coverage. I am at a loss as to whom I can contact. Does anyone have a phone number for Payroll by any chance?

Has anyone had luck contacting hr? They don’t reply to the emails and tickets. I haven’t received a wage summary for my final paycheck which violates labor laws
In spite of all the replies, we come back full circle to UR HOSED. This company did not care about you when they employed you, and you are now just a discarded virus to them. If you were not savy enough to get the info you needed before you left, then you are deservedly SOL.
Good luck. I quit in December last year, and I'm still waiting for corrected W2, Social Security, Medicare details, and a crossing tax letter. Emails, Phone calls, support tickets all simply go unanswered.
I plan on submitting the appropriate IRS detail and providing all the calculations myself, and explaining that my ex-employer simply wouldn't or couldn't provide the documents they are legally supposed to.
But hey...they'll run all your IT for you! What could possibly go wrong ?
Tried that payroll number. Takes you to an automated message that tells you to send an email. Does anyone have a person you can contact?
No, I do not recommend sending this information via “unsecured” email. But ANY non-public email server is more secure than ANY fax.
Anyone smarter that the average cauliflower would send documents of this importance via certified, receipt confirmed, recipient signature required mail. Using any other method is foolhardy
@QwBSqFx-1mnr. Would you recommend transmitting. PII/PHI via an unsecured email message rather than a fax?
Outsource the IRS form filling to India or China if you cannot do it or want to make your life easier.
