Intel: All about manipulations, lying and make up stories

BK said about Diane's retirement: Her departure would be temporary for six to eight months. :)

But according to a new SEC filing by Intel, Bryant notified Intel that she will not be returning and plans to retire from the company effective Dec. 1. Intel will have to make a separation payment of $4.5 million to Bryant, the filing said.

It's called rest and vest. Flushing her is one of BKs better moves frankly, hard as that is to say. Which of her "deserving" cronies will be next?

@bxw - the reasons for the LOA were legit, but I agree that the end game was known weeks or months ago. One typically wouldn't put in an official resignation letter until the LOA period is up.

You guys are really naive if you bought into the whole personal LOA story. She was probably just making time to get a better retirement pkg or taking time off to do job hunting, interviews, etc

BK is a compulsive liar and purveyor of fake news, just like the current usurper of the WH.

DB is an example of just another failed Intel executive. Complete joke.

DB took a personal LOA for a family matter. Whether you thought she did a good job or not, she was aware enough of the state of the company to make the decision to move on while she was gone. She only formally notified Intel on Nov 29.

OP is somewhat twisting the truth. Read for yourselves: https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?CIK=INTC&owner=exclude&action=getcompany&Find=Search
