The open door process is a complete joke. Don't waste your time. I went through it and I had a slam-dunk case against a superior (executive) that threatened me (voice and via email) career-wise if I didn't lie about something and then actually followed through with it.
Just wanted to bump this into a thread to make sure everybody sees it. This is completely true. No matter how solid your case it, IBM HR will find a way to protect the company and hang you out to dry. Sad but true.
