What's going on with GM pay? I heard there will be a change along with the cams early next year.

My DM said the new program is currently on hold, but will still be implemented. Couldn’t get any details out of him other than it probably will not be accepted well. Great.
Been a month since the last post here. Nobody has heard anything new concerning this?
I know that plenty of District Managers read these threads across the country.Maybe its time for some of them to man up and share some information here and quit being spineless yes men. The word "team" needs to start somewhere.Share what you know about any upcoming compensation changes for the GM's."Yes Men" are a dime a dozen. Try doing the right thing for once. You might be surprised where it leads to.
A new GM in my area just got hired in and is making the same pay as the rest of them starting out. He's in his first week and training at the store!
And the company ask why they can’t keep team memembers or customers. We are suppose to be positive to our customers that is hard to do when you hear the same old stuff coming out of corporate. We all know they are feeding us a line of B.S. like always. It is a lot easier to just tell us the truth and stop the corporate B.S.
Because God forbid management should keep us informed.
There’s a new GM in my area that just finished training. He said he is on a new pay program but signed a confidentiality agreement not to discuss until it is formally disclosed.
