Ok.. some PHarmacy Soups will be gone And some DM s will be gone based on a point system which includes performance too.
Soup position will be Eliminated and the best among them( according to the points) will become DMs,While current DMs with low points will also lose their jobs.soups staying are getting a promotion and DMs staying are staying the same
Districts, regions and even Areas consolidated..

The point system is BS, it’s not based on seniority either, excellent DMS and Sups are given walking papers or options that they know not even someone desperate from the street would take. This company stopped leading with heart a long time ago
When will we find out about how the fcts realign? I think it's important because if they add a ton to my plate, I'm not staying unless they allow me to get a raise going forward.

The fact that everyone is saying “soup” makes this seem less credible. It’s Sup. Or pharmacy supervisor not soup aka tomato soup
I heard about the pharmacy soup lay off too, I believe the president of the company had a conference call with the pharmacy Soups today
My FTM is staying but who they report to is changing. And I was told with the way the new divisions are realigning some of my fellow fcts will move divisions. Anyone know when they plan to divulge the rest of the changes in divisions/regions/districts?
