You need to put some money into upgrading their server performance. You continue to have unexplained system failures. It's a fundamental leadership breakdown or your tech folks have no clue about what they need to do...

Huge losses to make customers whole and a lot of money will go to other brokers. Why trust your money there? Probably will hasten the cuts ahead of profit sharing to lessen payouts.
