Last week townhall, we have at least ONE positive news that there is some job coming into our center. How real it is? But Workplace Global big shot is also in town. Any Malaysia team over here?

whereas the global delivery team such as developer has been sitting for nothing. some managers don't even bother his team.
Frankly speaking, i am just here few years, i never know we will lose shell deal. I saw the guy that doing job migration yesterday in sanfrancisco, and i got a chance to move to new role offered by my manager. Hopefully everything goes well for me. I still enjoy the work here, as my manager spending alot time with me. During my time in DHL, my manager dont even f---ing bother me. I know everyone has different view. But at least i found my temporary best management and leader here. But of course i know, might be no chance for increment here, and at the end i still need to leave for better life.

jobs are small. don't bother. those monkeys are trying to slow down the exiting rate since they need at least 4 - 5 months to halt operations in Malaysia. Give them the finger!

Yeah, Bill is extreme performer. But he same with us, not been given chance, everytime the management put someone above him, and he is the one doing everything.

I still hope to work here, but very demotivating as well. This program sure can pull through, i believe my leader that run this program. But he seem tired and demotivated too, if he is not moving up anytime soon, i think he will be the next leaving.
As I'm aware we have no increment and bonus many years. Are you EXPECTING the people to work hard for this? Even is real, I am sure no people will put the effort on their job...

WFR is still executed and lack of motivation in Malaysia center. The same will happen to other global delivery centers such as China and India next year.
Give us the better reward and convince us - first.
