Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Annual layoffs around the holidays!

Sad, this company was great.

Larry is awful, along with the Macy's leftovers they overpaid to drive the company into the ground. Don't be surprised when they layoff middle management and post multi-million dollar bonuses again. Last 4-5 years have been nothing but annual layoffs around the holidays.

Working to pad Q1 earnings...

This company is pretty much the Titanic and the poor workers are straightening the chairs while the Senior Leadership steps over and on the workers to get on the lifeboats first.

I heard district consolidation. Realignments. And a 3% reduction in workforce. Low volume stores will work with mostly a manager and pharmacist until mid-day. Store Managers will be assigned 2 stores to run as Manager openings will not be filled. HR,LP and positions like that will have 2 regions or more. Region Managers and AVP's reduced. DM/PS will be reduced. MPCR's reduced. FTM's reduced. And anywhere they think they can save money. Happening all in December!!!
