I have joined in the month of Jan 2017 and fired in november. If the company is not in a position to assure the job even for 1 year, what is the pointing in doing permanent recruitment. What a joke this company is !!!
Nearly in same position here, can't emphasize enough how angry I am. Why would you hire people just to let them go less than a year later? And I mean regular hiring, not contract work. I lost a decent opportunity at another company because this seemed like a better option. What an idiot I was...
