I hope all the worthless people in Greer that hide behind the access line aka hot line and survey monkey get laid off. I have never seen such a group that cant confront someone and try to get managers fired in a cowardly way.

Being a former manager from honeyhell Greer I am much better off at me new job no thumb pressing from HR where I am now. Thus company fires sub standard employees there are no useless 9 block ratings or pips, you do ou job or get fired. Thats the mentality Greer OEM needs half or more of the people at Greer OEM need to fired including the plant manager. At least the worthless HR leader is gone. So glad I left and would never go back.
There is a story I hear a lot. This place worked well until Honeywell people (dummies) forced their noses in and ruined it.
Greer R&O was a great site and workplace before SAP and HOS. The decline started in about 2011. Before 2011 the leadership team was A+ (except HR). Once HOS started with those useless tier meetings and a new site leader from the outside, the decline started. Greer R&O was almost a stand alone site with the Glovia software and it was a great site. Once Phoenix HQ got more involved in day to day management, things went south.
Greer is one of the worse place I have ever worked. And just look who they made plant manger. What does that tell you?

Honeywell Greer is a joke place to work.so many people is leaving but the ones that should be leaving. We have no hr.or management that will do anything. I wish they would shut the doors and see were the crybabies workers would get a job!
