India is a developing country so scams will be many. cafeteria samosa cost Rs 30 when outside it is available for Rs 20 per plate with chutney and ambiance.
in DXC office there is no rental to the cafeteria guys. even electricity is free, so they brought all induction cooking, to f-ck up the company
management is turning a blind eye to these problems
DXC leadership is full of mice, snakes and foxes. dont have high expectations

Why dont they even speak about it. It is easy to WFR the small person but what happens now ? all are unable to even squeak like little mice.

There are several scams :

recruitment scam

cafeteria scam (high priced eatables sanctioned by the food committee, for a monthly hafta (bribe/commission) even when those very items are available at half the price in nearby restaurants

diversity recruitment, several call girls have been employed (diversity = women in India) in various admin roles (incident managers, change managers, problem managers, PEMs, delivery managers, availability managers, reporting managers, portal managers, configuration managers) all doing a so called admin role, in fact they are doing nothing at all, everything is done by the tech teams and given to them on their table

real estate building rental scam - several buildings were taken on rent in the last couple of years in spite of the buildings remaining continuously empty. There are huge commissions involved in these projects (1 month rent runs into several millions in the pockets of the GRE team)

team lunch / outings/employee welfare - all such employee welfare schemes were done by self sponsored outings by employees themselves, managers used to take photographs that they have been to an outing / restaurant/hotel and submit the bills claiming the expense in spite of the money being contributed by employees themselves.

onsite travelling opportunities being given to the same engineer/person repeatedly for a fixed sum of money from the engineer to the delivery manager

Most of the delivery managers (especially who are from Delhi or North India) are particularly scammers. The recruitment scam has been perpetrated by most delivery managers at their lower levels where they recruit for their team hand in glove with their so called team lead who shares the bounty.
With the grand entry of Sree and Sam, probably the whole wheel was to take another turning round where they wanted more layoffs and then more recruitment again.
The shortcut would be to terminate all delivery managers immediately without notice i.e. with immediate effect to start with.
ADM ADE go for yearly world tour to all locations to meet engineers for no rhyme or reason. In fact they come to the office only for half day.
Blame top management who have made it easier for such corruption to take place with the majority too worried about jobs to be the whistle-blower or don't trust the process as they've seen what's happened to others who have raised issues in the past. Just get out before that DXC logo on your resume becomes more toxic than Enron.
No wonder why ship is sinking..
