Bad company to join for freshers - DXC.
monotonous job, no learning, no training, not useful outside the company, no technology, only home made tools, big talk no work, no salary hikes, no promotions
any time layoff, lack of facilities, stomach upset after eating in the office, mostly it is an extension of college with absolutely no career.
The current hiring in DXC is just to being in someone new to take out someone else, then they remove the new person within 6 months.
Risky for anyone who is looking for a career. This is like a day labor job that too covering night shifts.
went from college to HPE to DXC in a year then quit.
Some placements end up being fantastic opportunites, but the majority get shafted.
DXC, like many others, try to wring out as much as possible from young fools and mislead them with false promises of promotion and pay rises.
However, you do learn a lot about how people get used up. The rpoblem is if you think that is normal - it ain;t and its bad for your mental health.
Stay for max 3 years and before you realsi its too late, LEAVE

Although judging by some of the threads on this forum, I think even the English struggle with English!
You get what you pay for.
The employees in DXC India hardly even speak English. it more of squeaking and growling.
.. and expecting a lot of innovation to happen. Last week 7 hard working persons were terminated. The managers are targeting any competition so that their own seats are secure. The top management will realise that they are fools sooner or later. They are working with corrupt middle level management.
