Avaya or Zang is not even listed as Niche player in cCaaS Gartner Magic Quadrant.

Same is the case for uCaaS.
If cloud is the future business, Where is Avaya with uCaaS and cCaaS?
Sell it off. Avaya has lost the race. And now Cisco Broadsoft deal would completely vanish Avaya.
Avaya can't do cloud, can they? Architecture is too flabby, too much resources, too many VMS. Too many products to spin up and orchestrate and still turn a profit.
Avaya has missed the wave with cloud!! No chance for this ship to turn around.
The program was then renamed as xcaas which included video as a service and then the whole *aas disappeared from radar. Probably it is now gaas (garbage as a service). God bless you folks.
