Sometimes I have to wonder if I spend my days at high school classroom or CenturyLink office. That's the level of discuss we have here.
People spend every available minute they have gossiping and speculating about in or out of office relationships or other people's problems like a bunch of teenagers. It's creating truly toxic environment.
Management wants to fit in, I guess, so they play the "brooding" part - all mysterious and vague. Can't get a proper answer from the for the life of you, not to mention some actual leadership skills.
The company needs to look at the turnover we are seeing in sale offices (in no small part to this kind of juvenile enviroment) and then deal with sales leadership which does everything but lead.
