DXC HR Phone Number?

I just got laid off with one day notice and trying to call HR to ask about my insurance situation. Anybody has their phone numbers? I searched entire internet and there is none.

Also I guess I am on CORBA coverage. Do I have my dental insurance the way it was before (%80 or something)?

These phone numbers are for legacy CSC only: 302.203.0210 (Washington, D.C., metro area) 1.877.612.2211 (toll-free). If you're legacy ES, I think you're stuck with AskHR or your HR person as your only channel. If you were laid off you should be entitled to COBRA and will receive something in the mail; however, you pay 100% of the cost of the benefits. The WFR policy does provide that the company will reimburse you the cost of your first month of medical coverage.

After a month of wondering you'll get a letter from https://mybenefits.wageworks.com/. Then you'll have to wait for them to let all the providers know that you're still covered. So anything you claim during that time will probably get bounced and need to be re-submitted.

If you are U.S., you should have received a package with contact numbers. It is up to you to log onto net benefits and elect coverage. You can choose medical, dental and vision if you wish. Best of luck!
