I suspect Meg was only a temporary board member for DXC anyway. When you do these spin merges you often see the CEO of the other company become a board member for a while. Its about giving some illusion of stability and continuity. That and of course giving them yet more money in their back pocket.

As for Mikey, I can't see him quitting just yet. They extended his contract another 5 years in 2016 I think. He's certainly here until the first 3 years of DXC are up.

I suspect after 3 years they'll declare the integration is complete (it won't be) and probably look for another corporate raiding target. IBM services division wouldn't surprise me one bit...

Yeah she got what she needed and ruined lots of lives sad that its funny money when both hpe and dxc are losing customer base and loyal smart employees are being ousted so they can line pockets and never work another day.
