I have outside offer as felicity engineer and don’t want to leave before we are told about Echo project. Is it worth waiting? What are pros and cons? I am sure many people have weighed their options so help your brother out here, please. I have a friend he is in same boat for drooling engineer, opinion on that will be great as well.

Oh dear. Please please please take your felicity engineering skills far far away from COP. I do know a felicity at work and she could use some engineering - possibly felicity can be engineered in such a way that your drooling engineer friend can really have something to drool about.
But the bottom line is that the echo echo echo project has specific instructions to reduce felicities and drooling - so I would recommend you just all over that opportunity you have.
I think your felicity engineering degree must be BS only. Go get that MBA.
For felicity engineer, go. For drooling engineer, go with you.
