Wasn't a nightmare at my store just used the %, probably discounted some items that weren't on sale, oh well happy customers.
Sale was total bust, looking forward to the same in December. Should be enough time to fix the problem by ........

my cashiers rung all the promos on sale. don't care.
The discount matrix in POS has never worked properly, not 2 years ago...never. It's hard to believe that this has been a "known issue" for years.
The person who handled it 2 years ago knew but that's the last time I remember events ok. I could call with problems and she'd fix the pricing. Been cr@p since then. Just another thing to deal with. I give up. No staff and customers complaining when prices are wrong.
Put it in trello so it can sit tgere for 5 years until a new tracking system goes in place and IT wipes the slate clean.
Have these sales EVER rung up correctly???
It's a known issue.
Of course it didn't work. Been a nightmare for some time. But they rif'd that person who knew system right out the door years ago.
