Thread regarding Windstream Corp. layoffs

Greenville location closing?

It was mentioned in a couple recent previous threads that the Greenville location is being closed down. Anyone have any information or sources for this rumor?

"no, they are not done for the year. Yes, I have been 100% correct, as I mine the info out of the system. Keep working & work harder. So many “do nothings” still pretending to work.

Sad that no one has tried to decode my cypher."

Funny fun fact, no one, but you cares about you Chpher

Unless your cipher says microphone i doubt anyone is going to take the time out their day to run through cipher types and decoders.

Assuming youre using a polyalphabetic substitution there but i cant be bothered.

Yes nothing makes sense remember that! The Richmond team that was let go were the only members that handled TAS, Local Wholesale, and prior CAV accounts but they let them all go with no direction to the groups that they supported!! If a VP makes a surprise "market" visit and you are invited please have your belongings packed because he/she came to clean house. Look at Stream Teresa Weiland and many others are leaving and being replaced by Earthlinkers who are sopping up the last bit of available money ..smh A SINKING SHIP

Nothing makes sense any more. Not saying that office will be closed, but nothing should surprise anyone.

It just doesnt make sense to me to close the Greenville Center. It has to be the cheapest to run, with the lower cost of living, rent, employee salaries....

We had our meeting and it appears to be targeted towards EarthLink and Broadview employees.

Previous comments I was referring to : "On another board the date is the 22nd. It also indicates closing the downtown Greenville SC location" and "Layoffs will happen November 22nd. They will be folding the Greenville NOC's and Repair Centers into their sister locations."

Lol they are going to shut down several floors containing 1000s of people? I know there have been layoffs but that is a bit extreme. Alot of the new mission critical groups for the company turnaround are based in Greenville.
