Y’all remember that time Tony Thomas answered an employee concern posted on Stream by replying “This is not a prison. You can leave anytime.”? Folks seem to be taking that to heart. Employees are leaving voluntarily in droves. I don’t see much excess fat to cut by way of layoffs. But they’ve surprised me before. I’m getting whiplash hearing all the positive cheers from the executive team alongside the grim reality from the boots on the ground.

It might be more aptly described as a circus because it truly has a bunch of clowns running it. How the board of directors looked at Tony buddy and his performance and came to the conclusion we need more of his south of France selfie taking out of touch genius at the helm is beyond me. They have pretty much ruined and demoralized a very talented work force and many of us who remain are looking to get out.
It might not be a prison, but it feels like one when your bathroom breaks are timed. What keeps you locked in is knowing it's difficult to find a similar job without a college education. You need the money because you have a mortgage, kids or maybe even just a cat that depends on you. As a working class person, you don't have a $17 million bonus from years past to fall back on. The only escape route I could find was finishing a degree on my time and dealing with a longer commute. It's worth it to be free of that place. I continue to watch that company fall while helping my friends escape like I did.
When a company treats their employees badly, the employees are not going to go out of their way for the customers. Why does management not get this simple concept? Happy Employees = Happy Customers Happy Customers = Profits. H e l l o ?
I've been with WIn for more than a decade and have too much in past 18 months that sickens me. Want elaboration? No time for the book that could be written, but I will concur, great folks have left, or have been part of a RIF. I'm looking for other employment and know tens of others doing the same. Integrity is not part of the game plan. It appears that customer best interest is not top priority. Greed And power are infective and cloud judgement. When executives agree to be paid on share price, that's when I believe they have integrity and motives beyond themselves. And, if this is somehow traced to me, I will gladly accept the package. Though, the package is insulting to anyone that has been with the company for more than three years. Want more elaboration? Look for the book....
"Most all top performing reps and talent has left or is looking to leave."
This is not "elaborating"
Most all top performing reps and talent has left or is looking to leave.
" Employees are leaving voluntarily in droves. "
Can you elaborate?
Just drink the Kool-aid. It'll be OK. Tony is driving this b--ch into the ground. And with the hard assets belonging to the REIT, we're all FUBAR.
