Seeing this designation at times on member moving to telephonic. I’ve tried searching but nothing found.

LTIH...Long Term In Home program. LTIH 2 is a member who is seen in their home 2x month vs LITH or LTIH 4 ( seen 4x a month) by a Care Manager.
