Well we have just spent 66 "BILLION" to buy Aetna! My store is going Union. I hope that they don't start laying off . JUST NOT RIGHT... Should lay off all the RMs/DMs, waste time and money on them

Your wish will be granted this week. CVS is in a death spiral and no one knows it yet.
Obviously you don't know the stress of your field leaders to get mediocre employees to perform at a higher level
When they come. (And they are) we will see service and conditions in stores decline
I don't wish for anyone to be laid off when they perform well
