OP (original post-hole) is (or posing as) a
lonely, sick, demented, dismissive, sadistic sociopathic
troll-hole, i.e. prototypical successful management.
Yes, we all know the idiot who posted this stupidity....can you say "HD is a complete moron".....still sleeping on the couch no doubt!
Hey OP... did you get the memo ? Maybe you should volunteer. Merry RIFmas to you and yours, and a happy furlough next year.
So sad OP you have to post stuff like this.
People are concerned about their job and most important taking care of their family and they have to stress on the way Honeywell upper upper management is taking away from employees. To much Greed so sad.
Looks like upper elbow boy may be out the door on his a$$......LOL!!
Higher priced employee = ANYONE in the US or Canada. The unspoken goal, in my view, is to eliminate as much in "high cost regions" and expand in global sites, aka cheaper labor. We have been seeing this for years, but appears to be accelerating.
It is being smart and being fortunate to have one of the few decent bosses or being in a department that hasnt been targeted yet that keeps you at Hon. Plenty of hard working non complainers no longer work at Hon. It seemed higher price employees have been targeted IMHO.
Triggered!
It's means that the whiners are on this page are the ones that get crappy raises. So the people who actually work to make their careers successful get the extra percent.
I'm still confused on what "thank you for your percent" means???
Yet again, this article is based on rubbish. OP, get your facts right before sprouting off about how good things are at HON. "epr" must be management or HR, I'm sure you write everything with perfect grammar, shame you care more about that than the facts and the lousy state of the company. It's people like you that are pulling this company down, not the people who write on this site. If you don't like what's written here p1ss off and go read the HR policies, I'm sure they'll make your life stronger.
We had a few Engineers RIF in Orlando for SPS on November 3rd right before their week of furlough starts. Their last day if work will be mid-December. Happy Holidays
You know, you're right...it DOES sound exactly like the new (old) site leader! He would no doubt type as clearly as he articulates, which isn't saying much.
Sounds like the OP is the current (old) Clearwater Site Leader.......must type the same way he speaks, "guys"
Are your t-shirts going to say "#Troll"?
"Try getting your facts right idiot. Replying from my week off on furlough from SPS. Guess you don't know it all hey and the maybe real life isn't as rosy as your dreamland."
Wow, my grade school English would cringe at all the errors in the above post. Too bad employees don't come here to post thoughtful comments - some just use it to vent mindlessly and then hit the "submit" button too quickly!
op is a troll . Ignore him. He's been drinking the Kool-aid at the Glass-door.
Also , when speaking about a “god” in person, you should use upper case so it should read “God”.
Way to go brainiac.
OP - Aren't you behind on finding parts so Hon can get shipments out the door? Or is this your twin brother who is bottom feeding in customer sat surveys? You won't be a top elbow for much longer under the new standards!

How is it you are an upper elbow employee when you don't know your grammar. "Your" still getting a paycheck? Try "you are" which is abbreviated at you're. I'll call fake news...or you've been drinking again.
