Andy Bryant, who has zero passion for technology, sees no isse with BK cshing > $50M as he decimates Intel. Look at Intels balance sheet 5 years ago, look at it today.

It will be a certainty that BK will never grace the cover of Time. It is a sad state of affairs of what senior lack of leadership is made. The board and most of MCM has no track record of innovation, vision nor IQ to lead the transformation.

Overpaying for companies with marginal talent chasing already established leaders isn’t a good strategy nor smart use of intels limited assets. Intel has tried multiple times thepast decade and failed to pick the winning technologies and Time will Tell but the trend doesn’t look positive.

The balance sheet will be decimated next year with all the indiscretions coming due.

Good luck to those hoping to milk a career there. This isn’t your fathers Intel and sadly as they get to 50th anniversary it will not look like their past few celebrations as they are an also ran in everything from silicon to AI.

Bottom line read up on BK and his track record and credentials and compare him to Moore, Noyce, or Grove. Or more important compare him to the leaders at AMD, Nvidia, Amazon, MS, Google, Apple, Samsung and TSMC. Tell me who you believes has talent to win?
