Thanks to these we have freedom of speech otherwise shut off by department lead who runs it like a dictator while perfecting acts with his/her most trusted kiss a-- subjects to say and act in a way that hides how they torture us and sew our mouths in front of VPs. Then harasses us to manipulate Tell Dell. Oh the agony of real Dell.

Jeez man, why do you allow to be tortured? Run fast from this place if you can.. Dell is like Walmart and has its niche in the hardware industry..
Half the reviews on Glassdoor are fake. Have you ever seen CDW's Glassdoor? HR spends their day writing fake reviews.
The concept of these two websites are great. The full potential is yet to be realized. Basically glass door is for potential recruits to evaluate a company. Layoff.com is more for company insiders to get better understand how the internal machinations of the company works. I see a bright future for these two sites.
