Layoff in Accenture is a reality

Layoff in Accenture is a reality. It is fine if the decision is due to the bad financial performance of the company or the bad performance of the employee, even after given with a warning. What happens on the ground is head count reduction in each level ranging from 5% at lower levels till 25% at Manager levels. and these numbers are to be strictly followed no matter what. Even if the resource is performing good or not, if they come under the % bracket, they should leave. The HR & leadership team will convince you that you are not worth it and has done nothing to the project and the company.

People are asked to resign forcefully with no option to continue. It is horrible in here now.

Accenture lay off people in phases . They will fire employee everday but in small numbers so people do not come to know about truth. Accenture believes in Hire and fire policy. They never build your career while you are there in Accenture so better you join some other company. This company will not stay in market for long run as they are playing with all employees carrer.

Reduction are a reality. Management is mostly unprofessional and unethical with deliberate smoke screen to fool you that you are treated equally. HR is silent and without any voice of its own.
