I have a question for any DC OM’s out there. It seems like there has been a lot of CA’s been handed out lately to TM’s. I’m just curious if something was directed from above to start handing them out for any little thing? I’ve also noticed a lot more firings lately too. The CA’s given out haven’t just been to lower level employees either. Some top notch employees have gotten some recently also.

If you've been at Target long enough you'll see Every January the brooms come out to rotate the people stock in all areas of the DCs. My suggestion do like many are doing start applying at Amazon.
Tee... Hee.... Heee..... They need to really work from home when they say theu are...... Biggest joke going among contractors is targer employee "working" from home. The move the mouse every 20 minutes to make it seem like they are working.
