What are you hearing, at the moment there are so many rumors and stories going around I have no idea what to believe.

I not one who posted earlier just one who has come here looking for information. I post this statement as a clarifier before i am accused of posting to myself by Mr. I have worked for Cabelas 30 years.

Mr. i worked at Cabelas for 30 years, You have brought on all this abuse and have no one to blame but yourself. You post outlandish claims, and state that you have inside information and that everyone is posting lies, and that only you should be listened to. You demand comment censorship and anyone who post any comments that are a difference of opinion than you myopic view are suddenly frauds and liars. They make posts to comment on their own posts just to make you look bad and to attack you..

When you were called out for possibly HR infractions, suddenly you become quite defensive.

Many come here for possibly information, many of us are desperately seeking any information concerning out future.

You Mr. I work for Cabelas 30 years, have NOT provided or contributed and thing useful to any of the conversations, but in fact have caused more confusion, damage and concern than the supposed individual who has posted and destroyed Cabelas, the community and many lives.

I am hearing their are going to be even more difficult times ahead in Sidney I am hoping the followers of this site will work with me to figure ways to ease the pain, perhaps bass pro the Cabelas stock holders or the state of Nebraska can provide assistance which would be greatly appreciated.

Two posts in what 10 miniutes apart on Christmas Day at 3,00 am .Supposely from different poster. How can any one believe this poster is not pretending to be two different posters.. I am sick and tried of his harassment and I do not plan on posting anything on this site again. I am just so sick of the Cabelas and Sidney Nebraska hater and now his threats against me. I have read the policy on social media and what part do you feel I violated. Of course judging from past comments you have made on this site it would probably be safe to assume you have no ideal what is in the policy on social media. I am very aware of the policy and have followed the guidelines 100 percent.

You as usual are making threats which clause a lot of pain to others. I am looking at the personal policy of Cabelas which refer to the code of conduct for social media conduct. I am pretty sure I didn’t violate any rules in regard to the personal policy. I never disclosed any information which wasn’t known to the Public. I am looking at the personnel policy right now. What action areyou referring to.I simply tired to post statements to protect Cabelas and the town of Sidney against some one I think most reasonable people would think of statements which as it turned out most were total lies and in my opinion had a large effect on destroying so many lives in Sidney.

I hope Cabela's tracks down "the guy with 30 years experience at the DC" because he's been shootin off his mouth on this site for months. I'm pretty sure that violates the HR agreement when you are hired.

No matter what and know matter how you look at it, there are many dark days ahead for our community. We were lucky to have the Cabela's family when we lost the Sioux Ammunition Depot.

They provided a new lease in out future. Sadly we do not have that same opportunity at this time.

I believe Sidney will come back, but I am afraid that it will take a long time, and the mean time we keep losing more and more people and small businesses and once they leave it is hard to have the return.

Look to the future there is always a bright spot somewhere.

Should happen after the new year inventory count and major inventory reduction sales at the stores that will be closed due to market saturation. Cabelas.com will start redirecting to BP.com and shut down the .com site. Not rocket science, business science. 30-50 years of dedication is hard to let go of, but quite drinking the koolaid and get your heads out of your...get over it and move on.
