They are good at screwing people. Look at this:

Contractors not being paid due to a stuff-up.
Bonus = Bone Us
It was/is the norm
There are lots of examples. That is why it was a class action! CSC knew exactly what it was doing and the mistreatment of employees comes right from the top. Mike Lawrie has always been happy to pay himself multi-million dollar bonuses whilst trying to deprive the folks that do the work of what they are entitled to.
Is this case an isolated incident or the norm? Surely there must be many more instances of non-payment?
unethical = dxc
DXC India.. you being paid overtime? LOL
The whole DXC brand couldn't get any lower. The brand feels like something you'd want to wipe off your shoe. So tarnished, unethical and desperate.
Still, nice to see justice done for a change and firms made to pay costs and damages when they've behaved not only unethically but now illegally too!
This reminds me of CSC ages ago when a similiar lawsuit forced them to pay overtime charges. Nothing changes at Completely Screwed Corp does it?
Anyone who works for DXC knows that Mike Lawrie would prefer not to pay his staff if he could find a way not to and this legal ruling clearly proves it! This sort of corporate behavior is truly appaling.
No surprise from a desperate company.
