Since the GOP tax plan has passed, all these companies have announced bonuses for ALL employees. What about PEP? Of course that would never happen!!! Bring that massive pile of cash from overseas Indra, I bet you'll use the repatriation tax holiday to lay-off more workers like last time!

Forget the full time employees, PepsiCo is all about the H1B visa slave labor. I sometimes forget I work in America it’s so ridiculous. Either that or just rebadge FTE’s as contractors. I hate this company.
We got an email from the top telling us to toss any Hershey products that we have in the trash because Hershey moved fast and bought Skinny Pop. Meanwhile, check out the beverage menu for Hershey Park in Pennsylvania, which is a really nice place to visit, it's a Pepsi Pour ! The little Reese Man standing next to where it says "Pepsi/Diet Pepsi" ! This whole episode speaks volumes about Pepsico management, and not in a complimentary way...

Silly to worry about Hershey bars....
PepsiCo remains so top heavy at B2-B3 level and they get tens of thousands every year in bonus whilst the working bee falls further and further behind with their measly 2-3 % raise every year. This has to be corrected at some point. The whole company has gone down hill the past several years. Sad to see.
I find it funny that the higher ups get the most in bonuses. You know the ones who I see do absolutely nothing. I love walking by an office and seeing a senior director reading the newspaper, then 1 hour later walking by again and they are still reading the newspaper! Please someone, kill the rot. Someone should start a twitter account to start calling out these pathetic fools. They have so many skeletons in their closet and are such cowardly drones, I bet we will see one of them crap their pants at work!
Looks like we will make it through Christmas without a layoff. I would not count on being so lucky in Q1, 2018. Of course Indra will repatriate many dollars and give it all to the shareholders. That is of course the way she will increase her bonus again while we all get our pidly little pay raise of 2%. If she does grant bonuses to employees it will be the top banded ranks that get it. That’s how this place works now a days. Remember the days when everyone got stock options??? The good ole days. Now it’s how can Indra make Indra more wealthy.

Something is seriously wrong with the way that place is being "managed", if you can even call it that. Hershey goes and buys Skinny Pop, so what do they do ? go down and remove all the Hershey bars from the company store yesterday afternoon ????? great example of leadership. People will just have to bring them in from home. Its 2018 and Rold Gold still doesn't offer an unsalted pretzel ???? maybe they should sell Rold Gold to Synders, I mean Campbell Soup.
Indra and her stupid letters from the Ivory Tower feigning concern for her Pepsico family that she is going to hit with big layoffs in February. She doesn’t have to bother in Plano, this place is hemorrhaging people because it’s such a “great place” to work.

Indra is all about Indra and her cronies. She sends her ridiculous little letters to “encourage” everyone but clearly she’s just “checking a box” to make everyone think she’s a good leader. We all know otherwise. If it does not benefit Indra do not plan on her doing something good for PepsiCo employees. Again, Indra is all about Indra. Don’t get me wrong.... I’d love to see her prove me wrong but her track record does not support it.
