Couldn't agree more with the comments from Baltimore. So sad, it didn't have to be this way. I was on the DSIC crew, they gave all the install business away to BP's. Why!? If they we're smart they would of kept the large business customers and threw the small business customers to the BP's. Instead they did the opposite! Avaya still supports Merlin's, Partners, Spirits and Ledgend's. The "New" Avaya will flounder around for a year or two and some other company will swoop in and buy whats left after the stock craters.
I am starting to love Avaya again. The new leadership is awesome. I will now stick with Avaya. All those jealous people, keep saying whatever you want.😀

Where did this person come from????? When I started with Lucent in1997 they were great customers loved us. We had 25+ techs running troubles in Baltimore are and a separate crew doing installs. AVAYA was good until it went private. They handed the customers to business partners. The layoffs began. I was just surplused after 20 years. I get my pension and severance. There is now 2 techs left in the Baltimore area. So please tell me how AVAYA is going to be great again???? Most customers went to Cisco.
