Tell Dell is a fake survey that does nothing. Once a year survey trying to act like a feedback mechanism of a company and people that change 1000 times in a year. It's an old school, ineffective, and largely ignored by the brain dead management who does not read feedbacks from small fries. Only Mr. Dell's and anyone in VP level words matter to them no matter how badly informed they are. *remember that they don't pull their own numbers, don't build their own decks, don't do their own deductions, just robot readers.
What about the two useless super techies. I hear they are s---ing up to new management and cemented their place.
The rumor mill in BDC storage is that the two top guys will be impacted. any credence to this rumor.
My team got changed but the famous "lady manager" is still my manager :(. She is worrying of getting low-tell dell score, so she started patronizing each team member. But why? The bald director is still in the system who can go to any extent to save his sycophants and no prize for guessing, saving "lady manager" is his top most priority. Actually, getting low tell-dell score is boon for her, she will get promoted to occupy "useless director" position.
