After a year of working at Allied Financial I finally decided to call it quits. It was a roller coaster ride from the get go. Managers would use tactics like intimidation and threats towards their employees in the hopes of producing high end results. Instead it produced fear and resentment.
Leaders would decide on how to operate one day and a few days later would change their minds which threw the balance of our team off kilter and yet expected us to adapt at the drop of a hat. We were treated as expendable pawn in a game of chess instead of being valued as an employee. I wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemy.
