Dear mismanagement, I will be the person across the street from the campus clapping as you're led out with your box of belongings alternating between claps and flipping you off.

dear sad sad little man with a large ax to grind. if your hobby is to sit watch and prod for the company to die because of your sad termination then you’re a pretty pathetic human being. hr will just get another job/jobs. while you on the other hand will still be that jilted lover used and spat out when you’d served your purpose. if the company does fall it will be a pyrrhic victory at best for you. coz people will just move on. you, you’ll still be pathetic and looking for validation.

Dear OP (or should I say frustrated HR monkey?):

There are MANY trolls out here praying and working towards Mattel's demise. We do it as a hobby in order to payback the company that has mistreated us and so many others over the years. Mattel is cursed by this horrible behavior and will continue to suffer until it is sold and the house is cleaned of all current management leaders, HR and legal personnel.

Our numbers are growing and as the company continues to fail and decline it will be, the TROLLS celebrating the dismantling of a one great, but always arrogant and greedy company who has FINALLY run out of tricks to survive. No one in their right mind should join Mattel as an employee until the stock is at $27, based on marketshare growth 6 quarters in a row.

When ES is finally closed down, look for me out front, I'll have the Kleenex boxes for you inhumane HR peeps who have abandoned your OBLIGATION to represent and enhance your employees' careers for the marching orders of tyrants. Your reckoning is at hand - I'm so HAPPY!!! BTW, JR in EA is the poster child for this disgusting portrayal of humans as HR professionals - just a lackey working for "the man".

no one listen to this clown. bitter ex employee. The reality is only ES was hit this time. Was it cost cutting or folks who fell out of favor? I’m not there but even if you asked HR they shut down and will never give you an inch of reason. Personally, I think this was the coldest set of cuts timing wise on Mattel’s part. Never in my 7 years here have i seen this happy so close to the holidays. Truly the coldest set of cuts I’ve ever witnessed in my short professional life.
