Dell looks pretty much doomed. With billions in debt we have no way to acquire another cash cow and milk it. And no, we do not have good engineering culture here so yes, no innovation only expensive powerpoint projects. The only one making serious money is Virtustream and no, Dell does not own it. Focusing on server hardware but people are going cloud. Amazon is killing us.

it is a company which runs around some thugs, computer was an expensive commodity which everyone want to own like a car for no reason, obviously dell made money around it and intel too, anyway the era of personal computing has becoming obsolete and definitely dell will go in to memories within a decade, the fall will be accelerated with its own expensive purchases, there is no way to escape from this inevitable fate and there is no way to relaunch it as dell 2.0 because its too big to change it course,
what i understood was most of the employees are useless with fraud resumes and fake skills which is like a programmer with no programming skills but they are good with verbal and oral, there are some exceptions but they will make sure their life as hell to leave the company at the earliest. they usually comes up with fake projects and work in tandem from top to bottom to show their fake achievements.
