Hi, i am looking for a job in san Diego and wonder if the Intel office is a good place. Are folks and management nice? Are projects interesting? Any shrinking or expansion planned? Trying to get the vibe.. serious replies only please

FYI, satellite sites get whacked first.
Come to Az, my love
Not worth it
Your net salary will not keep up with the cost of living. Not worth it.
Yup. Not much there for sundkego. Plus I think GD is full of HR/paid posts
Well, I am not familiar with any other frank and open forum to discuss something like this
..
why would you ask at such a place? we all want intel to die here.
Keep your Walmart job. It's more stable.
Thank you @cyp
Is there site closure risk now as well?
Why do people post on this forum that intel people are old and tired. I thought they were young and fit.
@glk - I would have guessed that 'triggered' was actually an iPhone autocorrect for 'tired'.
Both probably apply.
@ugd „triggered“ is a term used by people who are easily offended by how easily offended other people are.
San Diego is always an Intel site on the list to be closed. Intel had sites there a couple of times and eventually closed them. So don’t go to San Diego just for an Intel job, but if you are there already then no harm in giving it a try. If it doesn’t work out as expected, leave within a year or two before you get too jaded.
San Diego is full of loser rejects from Qualcomm.
SD😊 😊 😊
what does "triggered" mean?
Seriously, this is the third or fourth original post you have made in the last few days. They are all the same. They are all disingenuous. They all lack creativity and any sense of self-awareness of how amateurish they really look. Does that answer your 'vibe' question?
Nice fairy tale OP.🍔🍟
You are better off looking elsewhere. intel coworkers are old , triggered, angry , cynical people who blame everyone else for their misfortunes and poor career choices.
Nothing to see here, just move along .
