The IT department is USELESS. They take no responsibility for stabilizing or moving apps forward. They have no backbone to stamd up for what the app needs in terms of resources. They are there for their obnoxious paychecks. Mid level managers have been earning mid 6 figures for a decade. They will do whatever they are told to keep that check. Backstabbers, weak, gutless punks...thats your IT Department. Lucky you.
The Chief Digital Officer owns Coursetracks and its failures.
No buyback money, what's up with that???
threy are nuking posts with names though
So they did some fixes. Wonder how long those will work. We're not out of the check-in period yet. CT is atrociously set up.
I'm convinced it is because inadequate bandwidth or server capacity. Seems to happen when the west coast comes online.
And to top it off an incompetent manager.!who the heck hired that one, you should be fired!! was=that the best candidate or the only one stupid enough to apply?
I came on this site hoping I wasn't the only one feeling this way. What a joke. How can you not have your software working correctly during one of the busiest weeks of the year?
And to top it off, check-in books did not go into inventory, hopefully will check itself tonite or shrink will be a trip next year!
Today was the worst I've experienced so far in terms of errors and lag time since they rolled out CT Web.
Day 3 if rental going down!
This has been a "known issue" for years. I wouldn't count on it ever being fixed...continued "work a rounds" will always be the answer.
You would think with all those chief technology officers our technology would work
SODA order nightmare, off line cu, freezing up cu. Short staffed , no buyback money the list continues
Known issue but they weren't telling anyone.
