If Nokia wants to win -
1) it needs to understand it's USA base customers (top 4 customer who bring in much of the revenue)
2) it needs to make it's employees happy, proud, and passionate about the work/product they are producing. Right now the company is making people in Wireless work 24/7 (harder) and not smarter. It's a waste of time where there is no passion for the product. The morale is extremely LOW!!!
Reshuffling the deck every few months will only cause the investors to think that the Board and CEO do not know how to operate the company strategically in order to WIN in the game of telecommunications. Just look at the stock a few months back and look where it is today. The Dow keeps going up but Nok keeps going down.
